I am so excited to share with you blog friends about my friend Amber Taylor!!! Amber and I met through my husband’s facebook page (she saw me tag him in something) about 8 months ago. Amber had just had a new baby girl and she was just plain ready to get back into shape and feel better about her self. Through watching my fitness journey: http://youtu.be/PlUCRn_fpmo she decided it was time to make a change! She hopped into one of my challenge groups with Chalean Extreme and Shakeology and saw great results! after completing Chalean Extreme she moved onto T25, and the rest is history!!! 25 minutes a day! 5 Days a week, and just look at these results! When you are a busy Mom of two, you don’t have time to be in the gym for 2 hours a day. Its just not fee-sable. When the kiddos were asleep or playing, Amber got her 25 minutes in, and bam! She is on her way to her dream body! Amber followed a clean eating regime. 5 Clean meals a day with equal parts protein and carbohydrates. She consumed 72 oz to a gallon of water a day! She replaced one meal a day with Shakeology!
