Below are some of the tips that I have put together for your from my experience with holiday eating! Just because it is a holiday does not mean that we get to forget about our goals and what we want for our bodies! Did you know that 1 lb of fat is 3,500 calories. You could eat your entire week of effort in your calorie deficit back in one holiday feast. You could eat back several weeks of your efforts in one weekend! My tip to you… make an effort to find out what your calories would need to be to maintain your weight in one day. Work out, get a good calorie burn, and eat according to a maintenance plan for the day. You would be miserable trying to eat in a calorie deficit during a holiday feast!! Enjoy my tips and good luck!
