    Friday Meal Plan for Week of June 22nd-27th

      Alright ladies it is that time of the week! Time to prepare for our plan of attack at the grocery store and prepare for success next week!! Fail to plan, plan to fail! That is the moral of the story!   So what you will want to do is meal prep your turkey meat loaf muffins, and Pumpkin protein bars on Sunday. 3 Nights a week you will prepare a dish and use it for lunch another day!     Pesto Zucchini Noodles~ I just had to share! So delicious! ingredients: 4 small zucchini, ends trimmed 2 cups packed fresh basil leaves 2 cloves garlic 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste Cherry or grape tomatoes, optional directions: 1. Use a julienne peeler or mandoline to slice the zucchini into noodles. Set aside. 2. Combine the basil and garlic in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.
