Dirty Carrots

This is such a simple and easy recipe. It makes carrots taste like candy! I’m obsessed!!!

  1. 6-10 Organic Carrots (leave the skin on… that’s the good stuff for your gut!) chopped.
  2. 1 TBL Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  3. 1 TBL Maple Syrup or Honey
  4. pinch of sea salt

Directions:

Heat pan and olive oil. Place carrots in pan. Place 3 ice cubes in pan and then cover with top. Stir occassionally. The Carrots should take about 10-15 minutes to become tender. I like to let the carrots get crispy! Drizzle maple syrup over your carrots. Serve with a dash of sea salt and enjoy!
