Easy Chunky Monkey Protein Pudding

Lets face it… chicken, sweet potato’s and broccoli will only cover you for so long! Eating the same boring thing over and over again can drive a girl bonkers! I know I have a killer sweet tooth and need to satisfy those cravings! Protein powders are not always the most “clean” but doing a good amount of research you can really find a very well made protein powder and do some amazing things with it! (bars, fluff, cakes, pies, cookies, waffles, pancakes)! So I put together this chunky monkey pudding! I love Ben and Jerry’s Chunky Monkey, but Ive got fit goals and need to get my proper macro nutrients in!

 

Ingredients:

1 schoop IsoDefind GNC Vanilla Protein Powder

1/3 chopped banana

1-2 egg whites

1 teaspoon of PB2 (powdered peanut butter)

Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup (sugar free chocolate syrup)

shaved coconut

and 2 chopped almonds to top!

1 table spoon of ice cold almond milk

 

Mix 2 egg whites in with your protein powder and almond milk until smooth. Mix in pb2 and chopped banana. Top with chocolate syrup, shaved coconut and almonds. ENJOY!!
