Easy Clean Maple Salmon!

This recipe shocks me! It is so delicious and so easy to make! Seriously, it takes me 25 minutes to prep a weeks work of salmon for my lunches! My daughter even enjoys this as it is sweet, savory, crunchy… and does not taste like fish!! That maple syrup seeps into the flesh of the salmon and yields a juicy delight! The soy sauce offers a savory punch on the outer edger of each piece of fish! Here is a quick tip: Cut the salmon before cooking, to get an over all crust on each piece of salmon

Serves 6

1 Lbs Salmon Fillet

Pour 3 Tablespoon
of Maple Syrup over
filet. Brush evenly over filet.

Pour 3 Table Spoons
of Miso or Soy Sauce
over filet

Broil for 20 minutes
