I know I get sick of the same old same old protein powder with water!! Heck make them into pancakes! It seriously works and tastes so delicious!!
Mine came out like this:
I did 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, two egg whites, and 1/4 of water!!!
25 grams of protein
Add a 1/4 cup of oats and this makes the perfect breakfast! Or do the second option at night for a late night low carb snack!!!
