How I went from Couch to 5K

week 1: 5 minute walk, 1 minute jog
Week 2: 4 minutes walk 2 minute jog
Week 3: 3 minutes walk 3 minutes jog
Week 4: 3 minutes walk 3 minutes jog
Week 5: 3 minutes walk 2 minutes jog 1 minute run
Week 6:  ”     ”
Week 7: 2 minutes walk 4 minute jog
Week 8: 2 minutes walk 2 minute jog 2 minute run
Week 9:  ”     ”
Week 10: 1 minutes walk 5 minute jog
Week 11: 3 minutes jog 3 minute run 1 minute walk repeat
week 12: ”           ”
weeek 13…. just jog/run!
