Insanity Max 30 Spaghetti With Meat Sauce!

Every body loves a little Spaghetti and meat balls! YUM! I know I crave it all the time especially this time of the year! When it is nice and cool out, I crave a warm bowl of spaghetti! Guess what…. you can have spaghetti when you are following a clean eating / portion controlled/ macro cautious meal plan!! This is such a delicious recipe, and really hits the spot. I made this in a giant pot for my family, and I froze the rest to eat throughout the week!

1 Red

1 Yellow

1 Blue

 

or:

1- 4 oz serving of protein: about 24 Grams

1- 5 oz serving of complex carbs about 24 grams

1- 1 oz serving of fats- about 5 grams.

 

Okay and if you really want to get crazy, and you must have some garlic toast, have 2 yellows for one meal or two carbs servings for one meal.

 

Ingredients: makes 6 servings

Whole Grain pasta (your choice)

2.5 lbs of 92% fat free ground beef or sirloin

1/3 cup of feta cheese

1 cup of marinara (I got super light on this sauce. Its almost not even there. Just enough to give it a tomato flavor!! Tomato sauce can quickly turn into another yellow/carb and sugar city.

Basil leaves to garnish

Garlic

 

 

Instructions:

Heat pan with Olive oil Pam (calorie free, carb free, fat free)

Saute Garlic and some basil

Boil your pasta

Drain Pasta

Saute meat to cooked

Add is marinara to simmer.

Top with Basil
