You don’t always need weights for sexy shoulders and abs! Use your own body weight!
1. Start in plank and walk your feet to a pike position.
2. Press down into a push-up 10 times.
3.bring leg back and up. Bring leg I to your chest. Contract your core and squeeze.
4.repeat shoulder push-up
5. Repeat on other side!
Repeat full workout 20 times for a killer burn!
