I will be on a gluten free (paleo) diet this week. I will be focusing on a high protein low carb diet.
On Sunday you will need to meal prep the following:
10 Hardboiled eggs (breakfast and evening snack)
Paleo Banana Bread
Roasted chicken for salads
Salad Jars/Bags

this stuff is the bomb! Its very moist! It will dry a bit after 20 minutes after baking

You will purchase all of the raw veggies that you would like to go in your salad. Lettuce, Tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, spinach, Bell Peppers and baby tomatos are the best!
You will pack a gallon zip lock back or a large mason Jar with all of the veggies for your salad and place into the fridge.
Each of these salads will be topped with a 4 -5 oz serving of roasted chicken (you can weight it or make sure it is a bit bigger than a deck of cards.
You will then top the salad with fresh squeezed lemon, salt, pepper, red wine vinager, and a table spoon of olive oil. DECLIOUS AND SO GOOD FOR YOU!
