I was playing around with my game plan for after each holiday pig out fest and I came up with this! I was looking over it this morning, asking myself… WHY THE HECK DON’T I SHARE THIS WITH PEOPLE! So anyway, this is not a prescribed meal plan by any means. This is just what I plan on doing, and you are welcome to use it as you please! I even attached a handy dandy shopping list and recipe instructions! All of my meal plans are clean, and delicious. This week in particular is a bit dialed back, as I am trying to lean out a bit and get rid of some of the bloat from Thanksgiving! Oh btw, DON’T FORGET TO DRINK A TON OF WATER (72 OZ TO A GALLON) AND DON’T FORGET TO WORK OUT!
You will meal prep your Crock pot chilli on Sunday evening.
Your lunches will be leftover from each dinner from the previous evening. This cuts out the amount of time you are cooking! This is meant to grab and go during your busiest hours of the day! You will cook your breakfast and a few dinners during the week and that is it! Thought this may not be the most gourmet of meals… this is clean eating, at its most basic and at its easiest!
