Roasted Brussels Sprouts

I love brussels sprouts and I’m not afraid to admit it. They are so good for you and if you know what you’re doing, tasty!! There are many ways to prepare brussels sprouts, some of them can take most of the healthy right out of them. Here is how we bulk cook a bunch of sprouts that are OH-SO good!

What you need:

Brussel Sprouts

Olive oil

Salt – we choose sea salt

Pepper – Fresh ground 

Paprika – we had a great smoked paprika we used this time and loved it (Here)

Pre-heat oven to 400. Slice you brussels sprouts in half or quarter them if they are big. Place them in a bowl and add oil. The amount of oil depends on how many sprouts your cooking but you only want a very light coating, just enough for the spices to stick. Place on a baking sheet with the core facing up. Add salt, pepper, and paprika. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until they crisp up. This is a great side to Eric’s Money Chicken! Enjoy
