Staying on Track During Thanks Giving!

So I was just sitting here thinking about my current fitness goals and the upcoming Holiday! Thanksgiving!! No… eateverythinginsightgiving!! So I am going in with a game plan, and I figured I would share with you all what I have planned!!

 

1. I intend on getting up and getting a nice intense workout in.

2. I intend on eating a big protein packed breakfast.

3. Get to cooking

4. Get a nice big Shakeology in!

5. And enjoy myself during dinner, within reason. I plan on keeping an eye on my portions and just being sensible.
