When I decided to switch my diet and follow a Paleo plan I remember feeling a sadness that I was going to not be able to eat noodles!!! I love noodles. I mean I am half asian, noodles are kiiiinda in my blood! I got to searching on the internet for some paleo noodle options, and this is what I found! Sweet potato starch noodles! I was skeptical but I had to give them a shot! With the noodles, I made a whole chicken in my instant pot, I added the broth created from the chicken to a bowl, along with lots of lemon juice. I boiled the noodles and added them to my broth… it was outstanding!!I could not get enough of them. Being that I am pregnant carbs are an important macro to be consuming! Normally I would run to Shirataki noodles, but I wanted to eat something with carbs! This has 24 carbs in one serving
