The Perfect Post Workout Meal!

 

This is so delicious and it is packed with protein, and fiber! The best time to eat is right after a work out. Your muscles are broken down and ready to obsorb nutrition.  This is called the anabolic half hour. Your window of opportunity is really within an hour. Why not pack your muscles with lean, healthy goodness. Foods such as fish, grains, and veggies are what will make you muscles grow without adding fat to your body.

Ingredients

1/2 lbs of large shrimp

Mixed stir fry veggies

brown rice and quinoa

Shriracha

Pinch of salt

Pinch of pepper

onions

garlic

I line a wok with olive oil. I heat it up to high and add my garlic and onions. I let the garlic and onions brown. I then add my veggies and shrimp. I then add my seasonings and shriracha!!
