Week 3 of The 21 Day Fix

I am embarking on what might be the most challenging week of the program! Week 3! I am dedicated to getting the absolute best results possible with this program, so I will be doing the doubles workouts, and participating in the 3 day quick fix! I am so excited to see where this takes my body! I have dropped down 2.5 lbs since starting the program. That is fine by me! I am currently dropping my last 5 lbs of body fat and I understand this is going to be a challenging and difficult process, but I am committed to staying consistent, and dedicated! I know that I will experience some fatigue, and I will be a bit tired, but I am ready to take this on full storm! So here we go!!! I am excited to share my before and after shots with you guys!
