I shared my love for Zoodles last night on Instagram, and I had to share one of my favorite zoodle recipe with you! The texture of zoodles is amazing, and you hardly realize you’re replacing your main carb for a veggie! This has been the perfect addition to my 2B Mindset meal plan as well!
Isn’t it beautiful? Initially, I was totally intimidated to attempt zoodles, but they are so so easy! I have this zoodle maker from Amazon, and it doesn’t take more than a couple of minutes to “zoodle” your zucchini!
